In December 2020:
- Completed laying of interior walls in -2 parking lots;
- Work on plumbing in -1 level of parking continued;
- Facade works in the 2nd and completed in the 3rd section are completed, insert 2-3;
- Installation of electricity in the 3rd section is completed;
- Landscaping near the 3rd section;
- Completed waterproofing of the roof (2nd layer);
- Plastering of internal walls on the 5th floor in the 3rd section is completed;
- Railings and balcony railings have been installed in 2-3 sections.
