As of the end of December 2021:
- The electricity supply is connected, first of all, to the construction of the building №1 1-3 sections;
- A tender was held with design organizations for further design work;
- Work was carried out with the project organization to optimize the master plan and projects of buildings;
- Fences have been installed around the construction site and houses №2, №3, №4 for safe construction;
- Renovation of the sales department is underway for a comfortable stay of investors on the construction site;
- A team of specialists has been formed for high-quality construction works.
