In July 2021:
- Work continued on landscaping of the residential complex;
- Completed the installation of tiles in all sections;
- Spackling and painting of corridor walls and halls continued;
- Installation of all fire networks in the underground parking lot was completed;
- Began to build a road at the intersection of st. Pasichna-Pymonenko.
