In January 2021:
- arranged plumbing in section III on the 5th-7th floor;
- facade works in section III continued, insert 2-3;
- performed plastering of interior walls in the III section on 2-3 floors;
- installed railings and balcony railings in sections II-III;
- mounted window and balcony ebbs in the second section;
- arranged sloping screeds and waterproofing on the terraces of commerce;
- installed windows in the commerce and III section on 1-2 floors;
- began installation of the facade in commerce.
