In April 2021:
- Completed the installation of the second layer of roofing material on the roof of the first section;
- Completed the installation of window structures and sections;
- Completed plastering works of 2-4 floors of the I section;
- Installation of the heating system of the I section has begun;
- 40% of facade works in the first section were performed;
- Completed the installation of the ventilation system;
- Completed the installation of a collective smoke extraction system (SKD);
- The masonry of walls and partitions of 5-6 floors was completed;
- Completed the installation of a sloping screed on the roof;
- Work has begun on the installation of roof waterproofing;
- Installation of window constructions of the II section has begun.
