As of June 2026 :
In section 1:
- Installation of balcony railings has begun;
- Work continues on installing a ventilated facade on one of the walls of the building;
- Installation of a semi-dry screed in the apartments and entrance of the building has begun;
- Work continues on improving the territory.
In section 2:
- Work on installing a semi-dry screed in the entrance has been completed;
- Work continues on insulating the facade.
In section 3:
- Plastering work in the entrance of the house has been completed;
- Work continues on insulating the facade of the building.
In section 4:
- Installation of a semi-dry screed in the apartments and entrance of the building has begun;
- Work continues on installing a ventilated facade on one of the walls of the building.
In section 5:
- Painting work has begun in the entrance;
- The waterproofing of the terraces in the house is being completed.
In section B8:
- Work is underway to install vertical reinforced concrete roof structures;
- Work is underway to install brickwork on the walls and partitions of the 2nd floor;
- Work is underway to install brickwork on the walls and partitions of the 3rd floor.
In section B7:
- Work on the construction of vertical reinforced concrete structures of walls and columns of the 5th floor has been completed;
- Work is underway to install the floor slab on the 5th floor;
- Work is underway to install brickwork on the walls and partitions of the 2nd floor.
In section B6:
- Work on the installation of the 3rd floor floor slab has been completed;
- Work on the construction of vertical reinforced concrete structures of walls and columns of the 4th floor has been completed;
- Work is underway to install the floor slab on the 4th floor;
- Work is underway to install brickwork on the walls and partitions of the 2nd floor.
In section B5:
- Work on the installation of the 4th floor floor slab has been completed;
- Work is underway to install vertical reinforced concrete structures of walls and columns on the 5th floor;
- Work is underway to install brickwork on the walls and partitions of the 1st floor.
In section B4:
- Work on the installation of the floor slab of the 1st floor has been completed;
- Work is underway to install vertical reinforced concrete structures of walls and columns on the 1st floor.
In section B3:
- Work on the construction of vertical reinforced concrete structures of walls and columns of the 2nd floor has been completed;
- Work is underway to install the floor slab on the 2nd floor.
In section B2:
- Work on the installation of the 2nd floor floor slab has been completed;
- Work is underway to install vertical reinforced concrete structures of walls and columns on the 3rd floor.
In section B1:
