RC HYGGE is a modern residential complex from the Belyaev Design Studio, which takes care of quality at every level: from the exterior of the house to the interior of separate rooms and common spaces.
Yard without cars
To ensure the comfort of future residents and the safety of children, there is no ground parking on the premises. And for car owners there is a convenient 2-level parking - enough space for everyone!
Adult and children's rest
Sports and recreation in a friendly atmosphere with family is one of the components of a happy life. That is why in the territory of RC HYGGE street simulators will be implemented so that adults will keep their body in tone, and a children's playground will be created.
BBQ-park
Relax with friends and family right in the courtyard of your own home, no need to go out of town to enjoy a meal on fire. Each resident will be able to relax in a specially equipped barbecue area with a playground for cooking a variety of outdoor grills.
Low surface
The complex is designed for those who are tired of the city bustle, ant-houses and dream of living in peace and comfort. The project is designed for 6-7 floors, and the general atmosphere will be complemented by the developed infrastructure of the residential complex.
