In September 2021:
- Completed facade works;
- Completed the installation of the heating system in section III;
- The installation of handrails on the balconies of sections I and II continued;
- Completed the installation of tiles in public places of section I;
- Work has begun on the decoration of common areas in Section I;
- Installation of parapets and window sills in sections II, III and IV continued.
